Weekly Reporting of Games Scores:

Each team in Division 3 will be REQUIRED to submit their weekend scores to their regional coordinator by Monday at noon. The email shall be sent to the regional coordinator and cc’d to the Division 3 VP  and D3 Commissioner Rick Kaminski. This email will allow the coordinators to validate the scores that are entered into the official ACHA site and allow for the management of Disqualifications and Game Misconducts. The emails should have the following format:

Subject: [Name of Submitting Team]

Body:

[Game Date] [Game Time]

[Name of HOME TEAM (In Caps)] - Score of Home Team

[Name of Visiting Team] – Visitor Score

Disqualifications Rec’d:

List any Player Information that received a DQ during this game (Team, Name, #, Penalty)

If No Disqualifications were given, please put NONE.

Disqualifications Served:

List any Player Information that served a DQ during this game (Team, Name, #, Penalty)

If No Disqualifications were given, please put NONE.

Game Misconducts Rec’d:

List any Player Information that received a GM during this game (Team, Name, #, Penalty)

If No Game Misconducts were given, please put NONE

Additionally copies of the Game Sheets are REQUIRED to be faxed (248-404-1443) or scanned (email torkaminski@achahockey.org) into the Commissioner for any game where a DQ was given or served.

New Player agreement and Waiver instructions:
All waivers are sent to players by email address. Please be sure to have an email address for each player on your team to insure they receive their unique request to complete the waivers.

You can send waivers to all players on your team by using the two buttons at the bottom of 'Add-Edit-Trade Players' on your control panel. These buttons are labeled 'Email All Agreement Waivers' and 'Email All Liability Waivers'.

A send email screen will be displayed with the email subject and body filled out. At the bottom of this screen, select the recipients. This will let you know how many players will receive the email. Only players with valid email addresses who have NOT already completed the waiver will receive the email. Preview the email, then click the 'Send Email' button to complete the process.

To view a summary of who has completed the waivers, you can click the 'Print/Export Team List' button below the player roster.

If required, you can email the waiver to an individual player or complete it in person by editing the particular player. Buttons are available at the bottom right corner of the edit player screen. 'Email Waiver' works the same as the emailing all players, except sends only to the current player.
